Carpet Cleaning
Hot water extraction cleaning for carpets in lived-in homes and rental properties, including vacate carpet cleaning when you're moving out. Some stains are permanent — we'll tell you what's realistic before we start rather than promise every mark will lift.
Upholstery & Mattress Cleaning
Fabric lounges, sofas, chairs and mattresses, cleaned in your home. Results depend on the fabric type and its condition, which we confirm with you before quoting. Often combined with a carpet clean in the same visit.
Floor Tile & Grout Cleaning
Cleaning for suitable tiled floors and grout lines in kitchens, bathrooms, laundries and living areas. This is floor tile and grout cleaning — not general bathroom cleaning, regrouting or sealing. Tile type and grout condition affect the result, and we'll flag any obvious limitations first.
High-Pressure Cleaning
Suitable unsealed concrete and paving — driveways, paths, patios and other outdoor areas. Pressure cleaning is not right for every surface: sealed, polished, fragile or damaged surfaces may not be appropriate, so we confirm surface suitability before any work starts.
No Property Manager Needed

Yes. Carpet, upholstery and mattress, floor tile and grout, and high-pressure cleaning can be combined into a single visit. Each service is also available on its own — there's no requirement to combine them.
